A 9 year old little girl is in rehab after becoming addicted to the video game “Fortnite.”

The nine-year-old’s parents say she would spend up to 10 hours a day playing the game and would wet herself so she didn’t have to stop playing.

She one time even hit her father in the face when he tried to take her Xbox console away.

“Fortnite” became popular when it released last July and is widely endorsed by YouTubers and other celebs.

Most people play the game in Battle Royale mode, which allows the player to battle against 99 others until there’s only one left standing.

The girl’s mom Carole says they didn’t realize the addictive nature of the game and has put her daughter in rehab “after she became withdrawn, agitated, and disturbed from playing up to 10 hours a day.”

They feel the game should be banned altogether before the addiction “becomes an epidemic.”
