Back for the second year, Fall Fest celebrates the cool, crisp weather and everything fall right in the heart of our city. There will be pumpkins, activities, fall treats, and much more. Fall Fest is fun for all ages.
Last year the Rochester Downtown Alliance hosted Fall Fest and had an estimated 9,000 people in attendance. This year the number of pumpkins has doubled and an array of new fall themed crafts and activities have been added. With a focus on family and fun, Fall Fest will feature everything we love about fall: the beautiful colors, fall decorations, pumpkins, activities, fall treats, and much more.
Fall Fest is fun for all ages, free to attend, and open to the public.
Fall Fest Activities Include:
• Red Barn Learning Center Petting Zoo
• New Fall Themed Arts & Crafts Including: Squirrel Friends, Leaf People, and Wooden Craft Masks
• Photo Booth #FallFestRochMN
• Pumpkin Patch (limited quantities available)
• Pumpkin Carving Contest (pre-registration required)
• Plus, activities from Olmsted Medical Center, People’s Food Co-Op, Café Steam, Minnesota Children’s Museum Rochester, and more
Fall Fest Pumpkin Carving Contest
Show off your artistic and pumpkin carving skills at Downtown Rochester's Fall Fest Pumpkin Carving Contest! Four winners will be chosen, and each will receive a $50 gift card to a downtown business of their choosing and recognition on the Downtown Rochester website. Entry into the contest is $10 and requires pre-registration via online form. Form and more details available at fallfestpumpkincarving.eventbrite.com. Limited to the first 16 carvers.
