I don't know who let this guy on the air but I am thankful they did. A guy in Philadelphia called his local TV station to complain that the new roundabouts are causing tornadoes in his area. Claims cars driving in circles are creating the circulation to form tornadoes. Now I am no scientist or Meteorologist but I am PRETTY sure that is an impossibility. Full disclosure: I have a friend that thinks the winds mills around the rochester area keep severe weather to a minimum. It takes all kinds.
