Doctors are sharing the mundane things we can do/stop doing to keep ourselves healthy.
Most people may assume these things are self-explanatory or already do them, so this is for all the people who don't.
- Not finishing your antibiotics - if you don't, the bacteria may not be dead and it's going to come back stronger.
- Not actually washing your hands for 20 seconds.
- After a certain age, you should eliminate every slippery pair of socks you own or area rugs that could cause potential injuries.
- Swimming with contact lenses in as it can cause super nasty infections.
- Don't let your dog lick an open wound.
- An untreated sleep apnea can cause long term health problems, jsut use the CPAP.
- Not following a doctor's advice to cut something from your diet.
- Moisturize your skin.
