Things got interesting on The Bobby Bones Show when a listener called in, claiming they wanted to be the “whistleblower” to announce that Bobby and Caitlin already had their baby.
The listener said they heard something suspicious at the end of a recent segment. Bobby mentioned the baby “could be here any day now,” and right before the audio cut out, Eddie started laughing. That was all the “evidence” they needed to assume the baby had arrived.
But Bobby was quick to clear things up. “A whistleblower doesn’t assume,” he said. “They know. So that’s probably not true what he’s saying.” He went on to explain that while they waited a while before publicly announcing their pregnancy, he’s not confirming (or denying!) exactly when the baby will be born. “You never know,” Bobby teased. “I could have a baby right now. That’s all I’ll say. Okay, I probably don’t… but there’s a chance I already have a baby. But I probably don’t.”
Of course, Eddie couldn’t help but laugh — though Bobby made sure to clarify that no one’s blowing any real whistles just yet.
